Bob Muller Presents at Bridgeport Trade Secret and Employee Mobility Conference

On May 6th, 2016, Bob Muller presented two lectures as a keynote speaker at Bridgeport’s Trade Secret and Employee Mobility conference in downtown Los Angeles. Bob focused particularly on key strategies in prosecuting and defending trade secret cases and expounded upon trade secrets being a fundamental building block of California’s and the U.S. economy. He spoke on how to draft complaint and survive dismissal, as well as intellectual property audits for companies.

With trade secret and employee mobility being one of the most rapidly growing area of intellectual property and employment litigation, Bob provided insight as one of the leaders in the field of intellectual property law on how to protect company trade secrets, guard against employee raids, recruit from competitors without getting sued, and deal with the important issues that arise when employees leave to compete with their former employers.

Bridgeport Continuing Education is a State Bar of CA provider of MCLE (Provider 11872). This program offers 5 hours of MCLE that assists attorneys from other states obtain CLE in accordance with the rules of their state.
